Dutch agency Muse Amsterdam has come up with the 21st-century equivalent of the Art Instruction Schools' free art test by using the social drawing app Draw Something to find creative interns. Interested parties can download the app, add the user name "Drawsome intern," and sketch a doodle based on the word prompts. Muse can monitor their efforts and get an idea of how creative they are—and then hire the best ones. Truly, this agency in an innovator in making people compete to work for free. One wonders what the application process is for salaried employees. Via PSFK.
